Procedure capture
The way the work actually gets done, written down from the meeting where someone explained it, and kept current as it changes.
How it runsStep by step
- What Ted does
- Starts from what you have: a meeting recorded in the browser (Chrome or Edge, with a consent box you tick), a transcript, notes or an old document.
- Writes a step-by-step procedure, with owners and where each step lives.
- Keeps it versioned with a changelog, and updates it when the process changes.
- Turns the steps into board cards so someone can track them.
- Writes onboarding plans for new hires, from before day one through the first 90 days.
- Sends the procedure to Notion, Google Drive, Slack or email when you want it there.
- What it needs from you
- A recording, transcript, notes or document that explains the work.
- Who owns the process.
- Where a person signs off
- You review and edit every procedure. A version is yours to approve.
- What you end up with
- A versioned procedure in your library.
- An onboarding plan for the role.
- A board that tracks the steps.
