Questions
What firms ask about pricing.
- What does it cost?
- Each worker (Ira, Sara, Ted or Mark) is $500 a month, any two are $1,000, and all four are $1,500, the same as three. Setup starts at $2,500, once per account, depending on the connections you need and the size of the firm. Usage allowances are agreed on the call, and work past them keeps going and is billed after the month. Expert in the loop, where an operator runs the function with you, is an add-on service starting at $5,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum.
- Why does setup start at a price rather than a fixed one?
- Setup is where we connect your systems, load your intake rules, roles and procedures, and agree each worker's allowance with you. It starts at $2,500 and depends on the connections you need and the size of the firm. You get the figure on the call, before you sign anything.
- What does a worker's allowance cover?
- Each worker's own work, counted in its own units: Ira's call minutes, Sara's scored candidates and sourced contacts, Ted's documents and recording minutes, Mark's drafts and audits. The numbers are agreed on the call, firm by firm.
- What happens if we go past the allowance?
- The work keeps going and the extra is billed after the month, at the rate agreed on the call. At twice the allowance you're told; at three times that worker pauses until the allowance is raised, and Ira's callers still reach voicemail and get a text back.
- Why do three workers cost the same as four?
- Any two are $1,000 and all four are $1,500, so a third worker costs nothing extra. A firm that needs three takes all four.
- Can we change which workers we have?
- Yes. Tell us and we change it on your account. When a worker leaves, its records stay readable; only its work stops.
- How do we cancel?
- Plans are monthly. Cancel any time and the worker runs to the end of the paid month. Setup, and any Expert in the loop minimum, aren't refunded. Your records stay readable.
- Is Expert in the loop required?
- No. It's an add-on service starting at $5,000 a month with a 3-month minimum, for practices that want an operator to run the function with them for about 90 days.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. The way in is a 30-minute call, where we show the worker running on one of your own examples. Posting a role to the job board is free.
